Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Belgium using trusted delivery carriers such as Bpost. In some cases, we may use an alternative courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your payment is authorized and verified, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

We currently ship within the following European countries:

- France
- The Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- Portugal
- Germany
- Spain
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- France - The Netherlands - Luxembourg - Germany: 2–3 business days
- Spain - Portugal: 3–5 business days
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:
- Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €60
- France, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain: Free shipping on orders over €75
Delays or carrier issues
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. Kaleïa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears delayed after shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
