Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned in resellable condition


What can be returned

  • Rings and necklaces (unworn, unused, and in original packaging)
  • Earrings only if unopened and unworn
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items received


What can’t be returned

  • Worn or used jewelry
  • Earrings that have been opened, tried on, or removed from sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Change-of-mind returns on worn pieces


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or
  • You may choose store credit or a gift card instead

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is received.
