Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned in resellable condition
What can be returned
- Rings and necklaces (unworn, unused, and in original packaging)
- Earrings only if unopened and unworn
- Items received damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
What can’t be returned
- Worn or used jewelry
- Earrings that have been opened, tried on, or removed from sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
- Change-of-mind returns on worn pieces
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or
- You may choose store credit or a gift card instead
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is received.
